1. What's the estimated timeframe for delivering my translation?
The time required depends on the scope and complexity of the project. Averagely it can take 3 to 5 business days. We can accommodate next-day delivery for certain jobs, but this is considered an emergency request and will incur an additional charge.
2. How many days in advance should I submit a request for interpretation services?
We would prefer to receive the request at least 1 week in advance, but depending on the language, we can provide an interpreter in less time. If the request is less than 24 hours, the interpretation session will be considered an emergency request and will incur an additional charge.
3. What is the rate for translation services?
Our pricing depends on the project. Once we know all the details, we can give you a quote.
4. What is the pricing for Interpretation services?
Our prices vary based on the language and how the service is delivered. For in-person services, we have a minimum charge for 3 hours, and for remote services, a minimum of 1 hour
5. Do you provide certified translations?
We deliver professional translation services with an affidavit signed by the commissioner of oaths, which are accepted by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) and many provincial and federal institutions
Our freelance translators are in-house trained and highly competitive in the translation market. They are well-versed in translation techniques and strategies, source text analysis, subject matter and terminological research, advanced editing, revision, and proofreading as well as hands-on experience with cutting-edge tech productivity tools and translation software (CAT Tools)
6. What is your Cancellation policy?
Cancellation has to be made 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, if not, the normal rate will be charged for the appointment
7. Do you translate driver's license?
All our translators hold the TIN, a requirement set by Alberta Transportation for translating driver’s licenses.
